The files downloaded by China Unicom and China Telecom from Russia's Khabarovsk VPS host are basically above MB/s, and the ping speed is below 100, which is quite good. However, the routes to the VPS hosts in Khabarovsk, Russia, and Seoul, South Korea were somewhat circuitous, with ping values reaching 300. Therefore, it is recommended that users of China Telecom and China Unicom try Gcore VPS in Russia and avoid using China Mobile. This is the return line of Gcore to Khabarovsk and China Unicom. It can be seen that it is directly connected. 
This is the Gcore Boli Mobile return route. It can be seen that the return journey is still possible. It is a China Unicom + China Mobile route.

Local telecommunications, Gcore Boli VPS directly uses SFTP to upload files, and the speed can basically reach full speed.
The download speed of China Telecom's Gcore VPS server files is basically above MB/s. This speed is basically the same as what I shared before: https://wzfou.com/cn2-vps-gia/. 
This is the domestic response ping value of Gcore VPS. China Telecom and China Unicom are basically below 100, while China Mobile is higher, reaching around 300. 
I tested the computer room bandwidth and found that both upload and download were around 100MB/s. 
2.3 Disk IO performance is generally good overall
