3. It’s fast, but there are pitfalls in upgrading the configuration.
It goes without saying that Alibaba Cloud's domestic and international versions of Hong Kong VPS are fast, but the domestic version of Hong Kong VPS is sold based on bandwidth, and promotions are limited to 1MB bandwidth, so the download speed is very slow.
It is okay to build a blog with such bandwidth. If the traffic is large, the bandwidth will be upgraded. This is where Alibaba Cloud makes money. I bought 2 cores and 4GB of memory. Upgrading 1MB of bandwidth will be expensive. 
Alibaba Cloud International Hong Kong VPS has a shared bandwidth, the maximum is 30MB. Some friends have obtained 200MB through various means, and the download speed can reach several MB/s or more. 
But there are also "pits" here. Generally speaking, 1GB memory can only run small websites. If you want to buy larger memory, you can only choose 2GB memory but the price rises to 39 US dollars a month. , it’s really expensive. 
4. The performance score is very high, but you still have to spend extra money to build a website.
