3. Alibaba Cloud Singapore VPS Evaluation
The ping values of the three networks are all around 90. Regardless of whether it is China Telecom, China Mobile, or China Unicom, the response ping values tested with webmaster tools are all below 100, indicating acceptable performance.
I checked the routing line and it should be directly connected to Singapore. 
IO read and write speed is average . The newly purchased VPS basically uses Intel Xeon E5-2682 v4 (Broadwell) processor 2.5 GHz clock speed. The tested IO read and write speed is 100 MB/s. This speed is still slow compared with other SSD VPS. . 
VPS performance scores are excellent. I used UnixBench to test the performance score of Alibaba Cloud Singapore VPS. The 1GB VPS reached more than 2,000, which should be considered an excellent performance. It seems that the new version of VPS has indeed improved in performance. 
Singapore VPS upload speed is average. Due to the impact of local telecommunications upload bandwidth, I tested using Winscp to directly upload local files to the Alibaba Cloud Singapore VPS server at a speed of about 300KB/s. Since the test was conducted at night, from my personal experience, this speed is not bad. 
Singapore VPS download speed is very fast. Use Winscp to directly drag files to download locally, and the speed can reach more than 2MB/s. Moreover, the results were tested at night. This value should be said to be quite fast.

The Alibaba Cloud International Edition Singapore VPS host we purchased only has 30MB bandwidth. In fact, we can individually change the bandwidth to 200MB through the "Upgrade Configuration" in the Alibaba Cloud International Edition VPS Control Center.
When making changes, you should pay attention to whether the final payment is 0 yuan. So far, it is OK. The main reason is that Alibaba Cloud will regret it later and "trap" novice friends. Because the blogger of Coke Blog consulted customer service on the Alibaba Cloud International Edition with a monthly payment of $4.5 per month. Singapore CN2 currently supports upgrading the bandwidth to 200M. The reply was that the promotion does not support changing the bandwidth, but if the backend can be upgraded, the renewal is still the same. 30MB is the same. 
After modifying the bandwidth, you must restart the instance in the Alibaba Cloud International VPS Host Control Center, otherwise the bandwidth modification will not take effect. 
The picture below is the download speed of the VPS that I tested again after changing the bandwidth to 200MB. You can compare this picture with the same picture above. You can find that the original speed was 10MB/s, and now it has increased to 30MB/s. s.
