CloudGarage is a VPS hosting service provider under Japan's NHN Techorus Co., Ltd. It seems to have started providing VPS hosting services in July this year. You can use it just by applying, so I immediately bought the CloudGarage VPS host.
We all know that Japan's local VPS host companies are almost not open to the public for purchase. For example, many people are rushing to find someone to purchase the Sakura host, which is very popular in China, because this VPS host almost pervertly requires verification of the person who purchases the VPS host. The address information must be in Japan. Therefore, the newly opened CloudGarage VPS host can be purchased with a credit card, so it is "extremely precious".

A few days later, I found that I couldn't access the CloudGarage VPS backend, and when I tried to log in with my account, it showed that my account had been disabled. It seems that CloudGarage officials have begun to delete accounts in batches, so friends who want to continue purchasing CloudGarage VPS hosts must add "three layers of protection."

CloudGarage registration requires filling in Japanese information. The free trial can be used for 14 days. After successfully registering an account, you can start adding VPS hosts.

2. CloudGarage VPS performance speed
This is the CPU, memory, disk IO and download speed test of CloudGarage VPS in various places. It can be seen from the picture that the CPU is relatively inferior and the disk IO should be SSD, which is faster.
This is the UnixBench comprehensive performance score of CloudGarage VPS. The 1GB memory reached more than 1,300 points. The data is considered normal.
CloudGarage VPS upload speed is slow. This is the speed at which CloudGarage VPS uploads files to the server via the SFTP method, staying below 200kb/s.
CloudGarage VPS download speed is slow. During the day, Telecom tested CloudGarage VPS and used SFTP to download files to the local computer. The speed never exceeded 500kb/s, which is quite slow.

3. Summary
Judging from the speed test results of CloudGarage VPS, although the computer room is in Tokyo, Japan, the lines are basically the same as Linode, Vultr, etc. Domestic access to CloudGarage VPS is not very fast, but the price of CloudGarage is definitely the cheapest among current Japanese VPS hosts. .
As for the stability of the CloudGarage VPS line, we need to further observe. I will create a CloudGarage VPS line monitoring here. In general, CloudGarage VPS is suitable for those who want a pure Japanese VPS. It does not have much advantage over CN2 VPS.
