We have been using Tencent Enterprise Mailbox's SMTP as the main way to send emails. However, recently, Tencent Enterprise Mailbox has started to have various problems when sending emails. On the one hand, with the increase in subscribers and the adoption of MailPoet Newsletters, a large number of push emails have to be sent every time an article is updated, which will cause Tencent corporate mailboxes to limit sending letters.
On the other hand, I found that in the process of using Tencent Enterprise Email and Alibaba Cloud Enterprise Email, some normal emails were regarded as "abnormal" emails and therefore could not be sent. In this regard, Tencent's corporate email is slightly better, but Alibaba Cloud's free corporate email is more restrictive. Sometimes some registration notification emails can be regarded as spam, resulting in failure to send.
In short, Tencent and Alibaba Cloud's free corporate mailboxes allow a small number of emails per day (cannot exceed 500 emails per day), and have strict frequency limits for sending letters. Once reached, letters cannot be sent again. In the end, it is "brainless" anti-spam. With the filtering mechanism, many normal emails can be treated as spam and banned from being sent. For this reason, I switched to Gmail's SMTP for sending emails.
Relatively speaking, although the Gmail SMTP free version can send up to 500 letters per day, it does better in terms of anti-spam mechanism and frequency of sending letters, so it is not prone to problems like Tencent and Alibaba Cloud's free enterprise mailboxes. In addition, if you want to turn your domain name into a corporate email, you can try G Suite. The cheapest package is US$5 a month, which is much cheaper than Tencent and Alibaba Cloud corporate email.
